    Clara brings a diverse background to her commercial real estate practice including experience in sustainable development, environmental policy research, and as a restaurant owner/operator.

    Since 2018, Clara has closed over $55M in sales and leasing transactions, covering all asset classes. She specializes in Savannah’s City Center.

    Zoe has spent over a decade making things happen across the government, nonprofit, real estate, and start-up sectors. She’s tackled everything from expanding green space to steering smart urban growth—always a sharp eye for strategy and a knack for getting the right people in the room. She’s built organizations from scratch, wrangled multi-million dollar government projects, and somehow still finds joy in breaking down complex issues into actionable items. Big-picture vision? Check. Detail-obsessed execution? Also check.
